The room was exactly as pictured, clean, and the staff were very helpful. It's recommended to book this when visiting Quy Nhon City.

The reservation stated there was parking available, but there wasn't. There was no place to park a car, and they charged 80,000 VND for parking, even though I had already booked the hotel. It was incredibly inconvenient. The room was fine, but if there's no parking, they should charge guests for parking, not make them pay 80,000 VND for parking. It was my first time experiencing a hotel without parking, and it was very strange. If you want to try it, you should visit!

The room is quite spacious with a separate toilet area, a spacious 1m6 wide bed, cool air conditioning but it will take quite a while with a large area & no fan available, the towels are quite old. The best thing is the central location, convenient to go anywhere. In front of the hotel can park 1 car, if more cars have to park opposite. Also a good choice when coming to QN 👍

Bạn tôi và tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ thật tuyệt vời, khách sạn tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, nói chung không có từ nào để diễn ta, lần sau quay lại Quy Nhơn chắc chắn sẽ quay lại CIEN hotel ở rồi. Khách sạn ngay trung tâm thành phố, đi đâu cũng tiện lợi, nói chung là 10 điểm! Gía cả như vậy là quá tuyệt vời! Tụi mình thuê phòng đơn và phòng đôi, còn nói gì nữa, 10 điểm không có nhưng. Phòng đôi như kiểu bố trí của biệt thự cho quý ông quý bà đại gia vậy! Xịn xò!
