It was my first time staying at a Swiss-Belinn hotel, and I wasn't expecting everything to be so good. Everything was well-equipped, with fast Wi-Fi, excellent service, and clean restrooms. Honestly, I felt comfortable staying here, and it was close to everything.

So far, so good during my stay here. It's close to the city center. There are many convenience stores nearby. There are also plenty of promotions if you book a ride from the hotel to the airport or order food online. The rooms are okay and clean. The bathroom amenities are also very good. It's safe so far. Recommended for those looking for a short stay in Jakarta.

It's very attractive and a perfect place to stay, whether for business trips or holidays with family and friends. The restaurant offers delicious food with a wide variety, making it easy to stay for several days, as the menu varies daily. The hotel's cleanliness is very well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff is also very helpful.

Location is convenient and within walking distance to Sarinah and Trans Jakarta bus station. Staff are well-mannered and helpful, even helping my friend to warm up her kaya puff. For those taking regular train at Gambir station to Bandung, it’s ideal to stay here as the journey by Grab is just about 25 min away.

The location is top-notch! Very strategic. The room comfort is okay, standard Swissbel. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Overall, it's okay and comfortable. The downside is that yesterday I got the east tower (old building), so the hallway smelled quite damp, and I don't know why the towels I got yesterday didn't smell good, they smelled like smoke.

I stayed in this hotel about last month and no improvement whatsoever. The room still smells weird. Towel smells ash, and I can hear kids talking in the next room and people walking and chatting in front of my room. The only upside is near the city center and it's cheap.
