Very pleasant

We had a pretty good experience at this hotel but when we used the laundry service, the amount of money they charged us ruined the whole experience and reputation of this hotel. What a disgrace. They charged us $400 to do a load of laundry. They weren't clear about how much it would cost up from and this was the result. Disgusting.

Nice location with good views (although windows could do with a clean ) A good nicely appointed room and good restaurant, breakfast was well worth the extra payment. Staff and reception was first rate

Great stay, warmly welcomed by the front desk and had a great meal in the lounge. The room was surprise how nice it was with a great view of the Cornish of Dammam. Great breakfast, all in all a 10! I will certainly use again

I recently stayed at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana. While the hotel itself is comfortable with a good atmosphere, I faced an issue with a booking date entered by mistake. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that the reservation was set for a later date. I immediately contacted the booking platform, and they confirmed they would work on the issue within 24–48 hours. During that time, I continued staying in the same hotel as a regular guest, hoping for a simple date modification for the unused night. However, both the hotel and the platform insisted that the booking could not be adjusted due to policy, even though I was already staying and paying for the same room category. Policies should be there to prevent abuse, not to penalize honest mistakes made by guests who are already staying at the hotel. A bit of flexibility from both sides would have turned this experience into a fully positive one. Overall, the hotel has potential, but I hope they consider more supportive customer service when cases involve genuine errors and guests already staying in their property.

Nice and clean stay

I got electrocuted by an unsafe plug on the hotel provided iron. The back fell off when unplugging. When I reported to reception - they said, “please don’t sue us”
