They should speak English if they have a lot of people around the world. The shuttle drive, drove were we don’t supposed to go! We almost missed the flight. Everything else was good! Food was amazing, beds washroom

This property was quite a surprise for me. Perfect for families. Convenient location to airport with transportation. Hotel has all room amenities one would expect plus structure and furnishings are not only unique but of the highest quality. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Really neat hotel with themed decor. The room was very spacious especially for Paris area. Room was clean and quick checkout.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Firstly there is free parking with no height barrier (we had bikes on the car). The hotel is very well designed with super attention to detail. Check in was very straightforward and staff were super polite and helpful. We were able to park and check in at 9am, then go straight to the park which was 5 minutes' walk away. We then accessed the room at the end of a day in the park. We had a family room which was very spacious and well-equipped. The hotel bar was very comfortable and reasonably priced, and the buffet dinner was excellent and very good value. We had a room at the back of the hotel which overlooked the park, and we had a fabulous view of the evening fireworks from our bedroom window. Breakfast the next morning was again excellent and high quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour accéder directement au parc Astérix par une entrée dédiée. Chambre spacieuse, insonorisée. Service juste correct pour un 4 étoiles.

Ein einzigartiges Ambiente. Der Astérix parc ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel war perfekt für uns.

Superbe décor, très facile et accès au parc très pratique. Buffet varié et goûteux. Personnel tant a l'hôtel qu'au restaurant très serviable et souriant. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Surement un des plus beau hôtel que j'ai vue de ma vie! les détails dans les décors sont exceptionnel!! la réception super, après ça se gâte... service au bar très long et pas a l'aise, service au restaurant extrêmement long (prise de commande et service boisson, le reste est parfait et rapide car buffet). la propreté des sol du restaurant est à revoir et le parfum de la réception et du bar est beaucoup puissant il gâche une partie de l'expérience dommage!

L’hôtel est agréable, accès au parc à pied au top. Par contre je suis un peu déçu de la qualité du buffet au vue du prix.
