Very good and highly recommended for a staycation

Disappointed, the service needs to be improved, especially the security guard and receptionist.

The screw from the chair is not screwed properly. Fell down. The toilet are really stinks due to maybe someone pee on the wall and was not washed properly. I had to pour shampoo all over the wall and washed it myself. Very poor taken care of the room and paid quite amount of RM. The only good about it, is the room are very near to the Departure Hall.

The security is friendly and it's quite private, but unfortunately if someone wants to visit, it's difficult to access the room, we have to pick up the guest at the reception.

Easy check-in and out as always with Modo Stay. Complete room facilities. The location of the apartment is also superb because it is connected to the mall, there are various choices of culinary, and just steps away to Harbor Bay seaport if you want to go to neighboring countries. What needs to be considered is the leak right above the bathroom door, so every time you pass under it your head gets wet from dripping water. And the wall hanging towel hanger in the bathroom needs to be repaired. The sofa may also need to be cleaned because old stains are still visible. Anyway, so far so good. We had a wonderful time. The view is beautiful and the place is very clean so I am very satisfied and very strategic.

Not clean as expected. Blankets were not clean. Toilet is average.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Please give me a good pillow, not a tipos pillow for sleeping.

Cleanliness is standard because the rooms are old enough, the swimming pool is big, clean, near the Plaza Foodcourt.
