Clean, friendly, and welcoming staff

Very nice place and close to a lot of restaurants and things to do! Definitely recommend it

Stay was good. Beds and pillows could be better.

Easy to access, parking good. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Front desk staff not very personable. Ice machine on 3rd floor broken. 2 towels for 3 people/ 2days. I forgot a few things, called front desk but never got a call back.

It was fine. However, there was food, possibly dog food spread all over the floor and under the desk. That means they didn’t vacuum; and some of the furniture was dusty.

Enjoyed the stay and location is accessible.

There was no conditioner, no lotion, no tissues, a broken bathroom door, and when asking for an extra pillow they said they were all out. Otherwise it's a nice hotel and a great location.

Room was clean, cool, quiet and smelled amazing.

Initially Hotels.com didn’t do something on their end and had a problem with checking in, but luckily, the general manager Barbara, or Bobbi, who worked the desk was such an amazing help with sorting everything out. I cannot stress how very professional and very helpful she was and I had an amazing stay at the hotel I booked for the night! Highly recommend booking there if you’re ever in the area!

The hotel was lovly

This is our go to hotel whenever we visit Charlotte. Love having the amenities to cook and/or heat up leftovers from dining out.

Bed was in need of replacement. It sunck in. Bathroom door wouldn't shut or lock

Easy digital key check-in with the app. Clean& roomy. Tight parking. Loud refrigerator. Mediocre breakfast, needing a little more attention keeping up with demand.

Very nice hotel

We had an issue with the new tv system and they moved us immediately. Staff was great, love the size of the rooms, bed and pillows and linens extremely comfortable.
