Natol Homestay Riverbank Suites is not recommended for staying overnight because there is an additional Cleaning Service fee of RM 80 (Rp. 280,000) when checking in, apart from that, the deposit of RM 200 (Rp. 700,000) is returned 3 working days after check out and even then it is not intact because it is deducted by another RM 14 so returned only RM 186. Only 1 bathroom, no hot water, hard mattress, very far from the softness of a hotel mattress. Very comfortable. The Imperial Riverbank Hotel next door is cleaner, more comfortable, softer, cheaper and the deposit is immediately returned upon check out and most importantly there are no additional fees.
