Nice view surrounded by rice fields Disadvantages: There are lots of mosquitoes in the room, the room & bathroom are not clean for hotel standards, the wifi doesn't work and the hot water sometimes doesn't work.

I booked a deluxe room. When I entered the room, I was shocked because the room given to me was very different from the photo on the website for the room I booked. The room given was very small with slanted windows so that it gave the impression of a narrower room. I felt that the quality of the room was even worse than the photo of the superior room on the website. Fortunately, after I protested, I was finally given a much better room, according to the one I booked. The room was worth renovating, many of the wallpapers were peeling, the black filling in the gaps in the bathroom tiles made my feet dirty when I got out of the bathroom. The television decoder could not receive a signal. However, the bed was quite comfortable and the internet was quite fast. The quality of breakfast was mediocre, not many choices.

The atmosphere of the hotel is like a resort that is experienced at night very comfortable.. just right to relax from the hustle and bustle

The service was really good, the staff was super friendly and accommodating when we asked for information regarding car rental. But the interior of the room is very lacking, apart from that the basic cleanliness is also lacking. For example, in my room the wallpaper on the walls is starting to fall off/peel because it has probably been damp for a long time and dust has fallen to the floor. The mattress was also not clean (there was dust) which I don't know where it came from. But once again, if the service is really really good, hopefully the hotel manager will immediately improve the facilities, because honestly the facilities provided are at the same level as a homestay/boarding house. It could be better with the name of the horizon and also the price paid, you know.

First, we were given a room that did not match the photo in the app. I protested to the receptionist and was given a room that matched the order on the app. The others are cleanliness and good service.

Very cozy place and environment. The AC is really cold. The only minus is the water heater, which is said to have a capacity of only 100 liters, so when there are a lot of guests, they don't get hot water, with a 'fair' price, hopefully this can be an improvement for hotel management as soon as possible. But overall everything is really okay.

Eksterior dan interior tidak terawat, makanan alakadarnya, telpon room tidak fungsi, tidak ada lift menyulitkan bawa bawaan berat ke lantai atas, semoga segera ada evaluasi dari manejemen hotel.

Tempatnya bersih, nyaman, pelayananannya juga baik dan cepat, makanannya juga enak, puas banget nginep di sini👍

Untuk Wi-Fi, mohon diperhatikan. Dari kamar, Wi-Fi tidak terjangkau. Dengan harga 500-an tanpa sarapan, untuk daerah Lebak terlalu mahal.
