Sudah mau check in tidak ada resepsionisnya, ngga ada kejelasan, suruh nunggu diloby berjam jam tetep ngga ada resepsionis yg datang, sangat kecewa sudah bayar check bisa cek in 👎

Mattresses and pillows, lots of ants, returning old deposits and not getting in to check in, check out, easy and the overall rooms are nice and tidy, only a slight minus.
