When I arrived, I was greeted by the front office, Mr. Rizal, who was very friendly and helpful. I was given an upgrade from deluxe to executive and a room on the upper floor. The room was clean and spacious. Separate shower and toilet. The room also has 2 dumbbells and a mattress. Large TV, clear screen, and clear TV broadcasts. The TV is not integrated with streaming services, but can be mirrored from a cellphone. Breakfast can be had on the 1st and 17th floors, of course the one on the 1st floor has a larger room. But on the 17th floor it is semi-outdoor and has a view of the city of Bandung. The breakfast menu is varied and the menu is local to western, all delicious. But the highlight of staying here is that it is very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, like being sucked in by the mattress, so I don't want to move to get up and feel at home in the room.

First time staying at Pullman Bandung Central Grand, the hotel is nice, the staff are very friendly. The location is right in front of the Jogging Field, close to Gedung Sate too. At night, it is close to Cuanki Food Street. Overall, it is nice to stay at Pullman.

The breakfast menu includes delicious goat + chicken satay.

This hotel is one of the best options in central Bandung. It’s conveniently located near many popular tourist attractions and shopping outlets, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The food is excellent, and the service is warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

Got my room upgraded upon check-in which was great. The hotel is spacious and the room was also really nice. There were exercise mats and weights if you wanted to exercise in your room. Or if you preferred to go to the gym, it was fully equipped and very big, with 2 gym staffs present to help. The pool was quite small for such a large hotel but didnt really get a chance to swim either cuz of the weather. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has always been my first choice to stay in Bandung. Located in the center of Bandung (next to the Governor office), close to all famous cafes and restaurants, fashion outlets, close to Braga. The service has always been excellent. Front office and room service as well as general, toiletry and other sections are quite responsive. If there is an error in the service, complaint handling is relatively fast.

I got a room near the Sate building, and in front of the Sate building, children often ride motorbikes and it's incredibly noisy, very disturbing... Rooms near the place where children ride motorbikes should not be given to guests.

Our family always stays at the Pullman Grand Central Hotel. In addition to being close to the city center, the hotel is also comfortable, served very friendly, the food is delicious, and the room conditions are clean.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. at that time I booked 2 deluxe rooms, but it turned out that when I arrived at the hotel the rooms were full, so I was upgraded to a junior suite plus free 2 extra beds, and access to the executive lounge... it was really impressive... the room turned out to be very spacious and comfortable, the room was clean, if there was trouble the staff was also quick.. to the point that the kids didn't want to go home 😄. besides that the refund process was also helped quickly... thank you Pullman and Traveloka..
