Excellent service! The team was always smiling and enthusiastic from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection, very satisfying. The location is very strategic, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The only thing I had to wait a while for assistance was a few times. Hopefully, this can be a good input in the future.

Overall it's good, just the bathroom shower needs fixing.

The front office was terrible, very unhelpful and not hospitable. I was very disappointed with the staff.

The view from city view room was gorgeous, you can see the mountains but quite noisy specially at days. I was once misplaced at the wrong room but the staff at last gave the right room after 120mins waiting

The staff were all friendly, and as soon as I got out of the car, they immediately helped me carry my suitcase to my room. The gym equipment was quite complete, and the room was comfortable. I especially liked the shower.

The hotel staff service is friendly, the place is clean, only at 12 midnight the sound from the next room was too loud and the hotel staff did not reprimand us.

Strategic location, you can jog in the morning, and Friday prayers at Gedat Sate on Friday. There are many food variations. However, the swimming pool is small for a hotel the size of the Pullman.
