Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng mát nhưng cách âm không tốt, khách khác khi về phòng sau 10 giờ đêm không được nhắc nhở giữ im lặng cho phòng bên cạnh. Tivi lắp không dùng được. Không có điện thoại liên lạc xuống lễ tân khi cần. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, vui vẻ.
