Returned our money that we had transferred, because we were rejected when checking in at the hotel.

Payment has been completed, but from the 3 branches of this hotel, they say there are no bookings in my name and the reason is they don't work anymore with the application.

The price displayed in the application is different from the price asked at the hotel, a charge is required. The place does not match the photo with the original condition.

The dtraveloka price is appropriate, but when you want to check in, you will be charged an additional fee from the ODD hotel.

The price does not match the application. Even though we paid through the application, it turned out that when we wanted to check in, we were asked for additional money because the room price was 150 thousand even though in the application it was 90 thousand, so we were asked for an additional 60 thousand cash to pay at the receptionist. And the condition of the room was sad, very different from the photo. Hopefully this hotel can be even better, and be more honest in setting prices on the application, so that not many people are deceived.

There is no hot water, the air conditioner is not cold, the tv plug does not have a strom, it is very unpleasant to stay here plus the guard asks for an additional fee.
