Service was excellent

My husband and I got a room that included a kitchen. The silverware that was stored was dirty and had crumbs in the silverware holder. The chair had stains on it. There was used soap left in the shower from previous guest.

Not very clean….room smelled

Great location - nice hotel however we were positioned next to the elevator maintenance room and there were times during the night it was loud when the equipment was running. Other than that - great stay!

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast attendant was quick to resupply and meet our needs. Helpful staff.

The property is well maintained and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast personnel went out of their way to ensure our needs were met.

I only stay at this hotel. Breakfast is always consistent and the staff works very hard to keep things hot, fresh, and area clean. The front desk helped me with conbininig two stays into one, so that i didnt need to checkout to start next reservation. There laundry has two new washers and two new driers that take debit card for payment.

Elevators kept breaking. We had a friend with us that was handicap and in a wheelchair. They stuck him on the 6th floor knowing they had 1 elevator of the 2 broke. Well the 2nd broke as well. Took about 3 hours for the fire department to be able to get him down. They should never have put him on that floor.

Upgraded to big room. Nice free breakfast. Smelled like newly remodeled

This property is fairly new, with up to date decor and furnishings. Hotel is clean, convenient, and has a great breakfast included.

Great stay

Stayed four nights. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Good variety for breakfast. Laundry room and workout room in good condition. Would stay again.
