The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking. The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful. The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered.

Fantastic property located along the river. Great views of the river, boats, buildings, and landscape directly across from the property. Easy to navigate and walking distance to many local sights. The room was just the right size for me, and the amenities were well thought out. It is a quiet property, but the Portugal Burger Cup was right across the street. The DJ played until 12 AM, which, after a while, got a little old with the techno beats being played. That definitely cannot be blamed on the property, as I am sure that this is a one-off every year. I wished that I could have stayed longer, but the planned nationwide strike altered my plans, and I only stayed one night and headed back to Lisbon. I will still be here again in the future, that's how impressed I am with the hospitality and condition of the property. Kudos!

This is my kind of accommodation. Low key but with all the essentials. Cleanliness, coffee machine, comfortable bed and quiet location. The view is stunning although you are some 15 minutes walk from the Ribeiro.

Location is great as it’s very walkable. On a busy street and we were on first floor so couldn’t keep the windows open for road noise. There was a lot of foot traffic noise from the room above. Staff are very friendly and the room decor is lovely

A wonderful place to stay, especially if you are going out on one of the Douro river cruises. Our accommodations were very nice and staff was friendly and accommodating. It was in a more residential area, so nothing was really close by, but it's just a short hop by bus to the city's main attractions

It was an excellent apartment hotel with a nice balcony overlooking the river. Even though it was on a main road it was very quiet with some excellent places to eat nearby.

Clean room. Easy walk along the river to Ribeira. Steep walk up to Carmo. A little noisy from traffic.

The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk. I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me. Overall, I recommend!

We ended up not staying because of location which was quite misleading in proprty description. We thought we were in wrong place it was so misleading. It was studied by hostels and looked extremely run down. The area looked rough, was noisy and a current rented told us it was extremely loud and difficult to sleep. The room itself was accurate and quaint. The description that the propery was on the river also somewhat musleading as it really was more of a river view and not a great view at that. If you don't mind that type of location the room was cute though very small.. we opted to take the hit and bin somewhere else. The owner was responsive and provided for check in procedures but muslead disinformation area. The is loud

Pros: The property and room is modern and tidy. The elevator is a big plus. Air conditioning cools the room quickly. Housekeeping is good, though the drinking water didn't get refilled some days. The views of the Douro River are great. Mattress is ok, though a little hard. Cons: While the walls are soundproof, the ceiling certainly isn't. The house is very old and the floors creak with every step you take and when the upstairs neighbours walked around their room, we heard every step they took. And they walked around in the evening and late into the night till 2am-3am! You could hear when they got on the bed as well... It didn't help when they would get up early in the morning before 8am either. One of the days they got up around 6am for maybe going home? Unfortunately receptionist wasn't able to help, as even after speaking to the people the situation remained the same. Something needs to be done about these floors. When you travel, a good night's sleep is what you look forward to at the end of a long day out and about! As the hotel is close to the main road, you can hear the cars and trams from early morning driving past as the windows let quite a bit noise through. If you are a light sleeper, that would wake you up. While the busses have good connections to the central Porto and the beach, the buses are very unreliable and getting to hotel would take 30min. rather than 10min. The shower head was broken, so showering was a bit of a circus. Not enough space to store clothes.

Excellent little hotel, 15 mins walk from the Dom Louis bridge and flat along the river, given most of Porto is steeply sloped. Marta was an excellent host going out of her way to make the stay as hassle free as possible, even providing a phone number for anything I needed. Would highly recommend!

Loved the tiny little hotel , super comfortable, best sleep I had in days. Wish I was on 2nd or 3rd floor as 1st floor river view is blocked by buses in the day time… but I was actually out all day anyway

La ubicación muy facil de llegar caminando a coger el bote para realizar el tour y el riverside. La propiedad fue renovada con mucho gusto y las habitaciones son amplias y con buena ducha. Marta mu atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudarte.
