The hotel was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were attentive, polite, and helpful. The price was reasonable. It was my first time in Da Lat and I was unsure which hotel to choose, but thankfully, everything was quite good with this one.

The room was generally okay, however, the soundproofing was poor. I could hear all the guests talking in the hallway from inside the room. The bathroom smelled a bit musty, I don't know why, maybe it was due to the drain. The room was new and clean. I stayed here for 2 nights, it's about 2km from the center of Da Lat. I booked this room for 820k VND.

The hotel's design perfectly matches my taste. It's not too far from the city center but has a tranquil pine forest view that matches the hotel's vibe. There's a delicious beef noodle soup restaurant next to the hotel, which is great for the early morning weather in Da Lat. Those who are diligent enough to wake up early will easily catch the misty view from their room. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience, and the price was reasonable. Anyone who likes the pine forest camping vibe but still prefers a hotel stay can consider this. The staff are also lovely, providing cheerful and enthusiastic support. Love the people of Da Lat! 🩷

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Free breakfast. Clean, fragrant and warm rooms. But the road to the hotel is under construction so it's a bit inconvenient.

- Nice view, nice room, close to many places to eat, the entrance is a bit narrow, - Staff ok, - Room amenities: no fridge - Breakfast: only tea and coffee, food is not cooked well, sketchy... most disappointing of all the hotels I've stayed in. Just for show.

New hotel, attentive reception staff and delicious breakfast

The service was ok, the staff was enthusiastic and helped carry the suitcases up and down for the guests, but that day the toilets in both of our rooms were clogged many times. On Monday morning, due to a problem with the restaurant, we couldn't enjoy breakfast and the hotel didn't support compensation or replace it with another service. Except for the above 2 problems, everything else was fine from the receptionist to the cleaning lady. I hope the hotel will improve.

No breakfast, slippers in the room hurt my feet

Phòng vệ sinh không tiện lợi, cửa sổ trong toilet bẩn. Phòng sinh hoạt không có thùng rác. Không có bàn làm việc. Nệm trên giường ngủ không cố định. Khách thích view đẹp thì chọn nhưng các tiện ích cho kỳ nghỉ dưỡng không xứng với giá tiền này.

Dịp lễ 30/4 vừa rồi mình và chồng có đi Đà lạt và đặt phòng ở đây với giá gần 2 triệu/1 đêm. Mình chỉ thấy dịch vụ ở đây rất tệ, trong cũng không có nhiều khách nhưng nhân viên không nhiệt tình. Đặc biệt là bạn nhân viên lễ tân nữ tóc ngắn ( hôm mình ở chỉ có 1 bạn nhân viên nam và nữ), bạn ấy rất tỏ thái độ, không hiếu khách, nói chuyện với khách cũng thế, kiểu khó chịu sao đấy. Ngay cả chồng mình còn cảm thấy rất bực. Mình được giới thiệu là 7h sáng sẽ có đồ ăn sáng tại sảnh, sáng đấy hơn 7h 2 vck mình xuống thì không thấy gì, hỏi bạn nữ ấy thì bạn ấy đi lướt qua rồi bảo chưa có đồ ăn, chờ một lúc nữa mới có! Thiếu tôn trọng!

So với tầm giá (cùng trong ngày lễ) 1. View ban công quá tệ - “view vườn hoa” của nhà kế bên 2 . Ăn sáng quá đơn sơ 3. phòng diện tích nhỏ so với các phòng cùng giá + không có bàn trang điểm 4. nhân viên không thân thiện 5. đuòng vào khách sạn khó đi, dễ bị kẹt xe, không thuận tiện cho đi ô tô và xe trung chuyển do quá nhỏ
