We were greeted by a very friendly lobby staff who was able to get us into our room a little early. It was the perfect place to stay the night before our cruise!

The only negative was my disappointment that I was not able to get the adjoining rooms that I ordered. My party was next door, which made things uncomfortable. We had hoped to have a nice visit TOGETHER. On the other hand, the young lady working the desk in the evening on June19th, was very helpful. The number of towels was not sufficient and she provided us with some. We thought the towels would be replaced and garbage picked up daily, however that was not the case.

Amazing stay.

Close to port Canaveral - very clean - updated rooms. Really liked the layout! Not a lot of food choice in the area. My daughter’s gluten free and we couldn’t eat much in the hotel.

IDK her name but she checked me in on 6/15/2025 and is here now Time 12:24 6/16/2025 piss poor attitude and a clear dislike and resentment for me!Wont return to this hotel in future.

The property was clean, the staff friendly. The breakfast selection was robust with ample seating.

The property was beautiful and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good . The only issues we had were the bathroom door lock got stuck a few times and the door would not open and the toilet tank would not fill with water to allow flushing , at times .

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the cruise port. The breakfast offered was good, but be aware that it closes at 9:30, so it's important to arrive early.

It was a beautiful property!

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
