Relaxing and rejuvenating stay

This is a beautiful, clean hotel with a lot to offer and a big complimentary breakfast each morning. The cleaning staff and breakfast greeter were very nice and pleasant to us. Unfortunately we experienced unnecessary charges to my credit card and there were so many changes and credits made to my card that it made me uneasy. The front desk couldn’t tell me why all the charges and said it would resolve after check out and thankfully I THINK it did. It made my trip less enjoyable because of the random charges and credits being made during the stay and I probably will not choose to stay there again because of it. I understand when booking third party some places frown upon it. There is a parking deck which hotel guests park using the third floor and above. I didn’t realize that at the time of booking but that was my fault. It was easy to navigate, just a good bit of walking. Overall the hotel is beautiful. I love Charleston and I plan to use Expedia again for travel.

Front desk staff was condescending and rude with one exception. Ex there were 3 adults in the room and all silver members. We were given 2 waters upon arrival. I asked for another one as we were 3 and was told no. Petty. Breakfast staff was great especially the omelet crew.

Poor service

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was very good and coffee was shockingly excellent. Very quiet inside and out. Parking garage was a little annoying but we managed. Paid extra for harbor view and we got a strain your body off the balcony to the right side harbor view but other than that it was great. Beds were comfortable.

Lovely hotel! Would stay here again. Bought the Hilton Resort pkg. can’t wait to see where our next adventure takes is with Hilton!

Not very clean

I was charged more than double for parking (1 vehicle), even after confirming with front desk staff that I simply had to press the "hotel" button at the parking garage in order to avoid duplicate fees. I'm now having to dispute this fraud with my bank. Terrible service provided by the front desk staff.

Beautiful hotel!

Beautiful property and great location. However, I was gone all day and they did not clean the room, and when I came back at 5 to get ready for a dinner meeting, the cleaner walked in. They gave a night's credit to make up for it so that seems fair.

The snacks in the room was AWESOME!! Excellent facility! Need to charge more!
