the room was very clean and the staff was helpful, booking the main floor for easy access to the car for unpacking and packing was very useful.

Good breakfast both hot and cold items. Pool was cold. Had to get ice from front desk which was a pain.

Hotel at good price and near the road would go back

Upon arrival the bathroom sink was dirty and it looked as though someone just had a shave and walked out. Seeing such a large mess makes you doubt the quality of cleaning else where. It is an old dated building with minimum upgrades. The online photos are deceiving since they show a brand new tub when in reality it was an old tub that was painted and peeling.

Nice swimming pool with sauna. Good breakfast but no coffee cream. No elevator and hard to climb stairs to 1st floor.

J'ai été très étonnée de me faire servir en français, mais il semble que c'est la norme à Hearst. La chambre est propre, on a eu un peu de misère avec la serrure mais sinon tout était bien.

The pool area could have been more clean there were brown particles by the edges snd dead flies in it smelled like sewer. Our room had to be changed as the heater did not work. The new room and stains, looked like pink juice on the wall. The toilet seat was loose and slid every time it was used. The room was quiet but some improvements are needed.

Room was great .. some of the rooms on the first floor ,you dont have access to the inside hotel. Have to walk all the way around to go inside ... Pool not open till 10am. Breakfast was not that good for the price you pay .. no hot food at all . Town closes at 8 or 9 for any food

Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Free parking. Had to break into my own room (with staffs permission and a provided screwdriver) due to locking latch being broken. This hotel is outdated and in need of maintenance and updates.

First couple of nights there was a lot of noise. Hotel was accommodating and moved us to a quieter room. Hotel has the only pool which is a bonus. Cleaning staff were very accommodating. Over staying was excellent except for the couple of disturbances. Highly recommended if your travel with children on a budget.

Our bathroom had clean towels but there was garbage in the basket, an empty toilet paper roll and a plastic cup on the ledge of the shower so I doubt it had been cleaned. Also, a group of young people checked in to two rooms (the hotel staff told me) and then proceeded to party all night. They walked up and down the walkway on the second floor in front of our room and hung out at the bottom of the steps by the parking lot. We did call the front desk at 4:00 am but nothing was done to shut them down.

Toilet didn’t flush properly, bathtub was flaking, breakfast was severely lacking for the price of the stay. Staff were friendly. Building across the street was on fire but unfortunately could not cancel my stay without being charged.
