The property was 10/10 just as it was showed online, but there was no one for check in or out, it was an instruction on the phone.

Overall good stay. Because it is an apartment and need the key make sure you can use your phone to call the owner directly. No front desk at this place.

Exceptionally well appointed, new and modern apartment in a fantastic location!

The stay was great. It was quiet, air conditioning in both rooms. +Locations, great big bed, cleaning Why only four stars? - no kitchen knifes for general- and bread knifes. Communication wasn't great regarding how to check in. But my mobile couldn't accept outgoing calls. So it it was mostly our fault! - no hooks for clothes in th hallway, no lamps aside the bed.

The apartment was fine. Like a studio with 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, and it is part of another joining 2 units under 1 large unit. We heard noises from the other tenant's children. The communication was to be improved. There were no check-in instructions whatsoever. Usually, in this case, the host will be there waiting for you. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Erdan only assisted me in entering the apartment by phone, thus made it a bit complicated and I imagined for travellers who do not have internet/roaming while travelling will have a problem entering this apartment. The checkout instructions were conflicting. It said to just leave the keys on the table but without the keys, you will not be able to go out from the main door thus we were stucked for a quite a while. Some of our questions in the chat were also not answered and ignored.

Great location and fabulous comms. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. The photos made it even easier A few mins walk from the main bit and safe if anyone is concerned… would, and already have, recommend to others

Excellent place to stay

Lovely clean spacious apartment, everything we needed was there. Good location for the centre of town. Would recommend and if ever to visit wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Perfect stay, quiet yet close to everything. Apartment was spacious and very clean!

Great location with superb access to restaurants and nightlife. Easy to find taxis, market and pharmacy if needed. Comfortable bedroom and great size bathroom. The living room, kitchen and balcony areas were very tight.

The apartment was beautiful and in an excellent location. I would definitely stay here again!

good stay comfortable beds, sofa bed didn’t get a pillow. was some in cupboard but without pillow cases. balcony door did not lock but no one can get onto your balcony anyway kitchen had everything you neeeded. Unfortunately TV had sound but no picture

It was just like it was described, everything was close by, owner was nice and polite, apartment was clean, everything perfect!

This was one of the very best places we’ve ever stayed. It was truly fantastic!

Clean and comfy

Very nice clean and modern room. Friendly staff and very helpful. Very big sofa bed and a queen size mattress bed in the bedroom. No issue at all checking in. It was perfect and stay throughout was very comfortable!

The apartment is very nice and the owner tries to be accommodating. It can be quite difficult to find at first. And, the check in process is arduous each time (we stayes there twice), and eaxh time we eneded waiting outisde the building for a while. It'd be nice to have easier check in procedure.

Close to everything nice and clean I will get again same place next time I come to Tirana
