Pretty ordinary place. The location isn't really good for cafes and restaurants or much to see walking around, but it is pretty close to the central bus terminal and mall.

Only bad thing. no lift

I didn’t like that everything is so old inside,even the dining table was shaking while putting something on the top of it.For majority of the people might be very comfortable or mabiye didn’t matter much,but for us it did because we are coming from Vegas where everything is spotless clean and new.The towels were dirty with brown spots,so I recommend getting your own,beds hard and not comfortable,sun shades broken,bathroom door wasn’t able to be closed.No elevator in the building,so prepare yourself to carry your own heavy luggage floors upstairs,even if you had a serious injury or something and you can’t lift anything.The breakfast is okay,not delicious.The only good thing there is the location and the super kind receptionist,who went above and beyond to make us happy.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. Definitely NOT a 3 star hotel, more like 1/1.5 stars. Room was not very clean and very old. The bed was a thin foam mattress, not comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice!

It took 45 minutes for the hotel clerk to process the person before me. He and I were standing and having a nice conversation, but I don't know why it took so long, and she told me, in a stony tone - not at all friendly - to sit down and wait. It was very hot and humid in the lobby - extremely uncomfortable. When the clerk finally got to me, she couldn't find the reservation which was pre-paid. It took almost 20 minutes for her to find it. Although she did apologize, it was not a pleasant way to begin. Then she told me my room would be on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator. So, I carried everything up the stairs. The room was fine and clean, with air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, although the chair at the desk was not comfortable.

I booked a single room and was upgraded to a double studio. The room was quite large, with a sofa, coffee table and dressing table. It had a balcony bit but the view was of apartments. This didn’t bother me as I was only overnighting. There was a minibar, toiletries and a hairdryer (in the wardrobe) It was handy for the airport 6km away but not much in the immediate vicinity.

Extremely helpful and service minded staff. And the coffee is excellent too. 😃

The room was comfortable and spacious and the hotel is in a good location near to bus stops, restaurants and a mall. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful to us, despite us having some particular requests. The little bar in the lobby is also very nice. Highly recommend!

Im Zimmer hat extrem nach Zigaretten gestunken

It is good located nearby the central bus station and the grand mall. For me it was perfect because I was traveling alone to varna to visit the german consulat. The bus stop for line 409 was just 2 crossroads away from the hotel, so it was practical to use the busline to do visit of the consulat and the city central and also to get back to the airport just by using the 409. The room was short available and cheap for my stay

Das positivste am Hotel ist die gute Anbindung durch den Bus 409 an den zentralen Strand, Goldstrand und den Flughafen und die Nähe zur Grand Mall und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der näheren Umgebung. Außerdem eine sehr gute Klimaanlage, die schnell gekühlt hat. Der Rest war leider für uns sehr ungemütlich: Dünne Wände - wir hörten alles was bei den Nachbarn, oder auf der Straße passiert. Das Bett zu kurz(bin 1,70 groß), außerdem wurde unser Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt, obwohl wir ein Schild rausgehängt hatten, dass gereinigt werden soll. Die jungen Rezeptionistinnen waren sehr uninteressiert und kalt im Umgang, genau so auch die Putzfrau, die wir am letzten Tag am Gang getroffen haben. Bei der Ankunft lag noch eine benutzte Seife im Bad und eine Flasche und Magazine der Gäste vor uns. Überall Spinnenweben und staubige Regale(Nachttisch und Schreibtisch). Einen Abend klopfte man bei uns an der Tür, weil es bei den Gösten unter uns getropft hat, man wollte am nächsten Tag was dagegen tun, wir haben aber nichts davon erfahren, vielleicht hat man doch darauf gewartet, dass wir die Unterkunft verlassen. Insgesamt ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, wenn man nichts anderes findet und Geld sparen möchte, aber definitiv nicht zur Erholung geeignet.

Considering the price and location not to bed. Balcony was nice to sit for a smoke or some fresh air. Freeparking in the street and only 2 place in the hotel that cost 15 Lv ( 7,50 € ) a night
