Staff was very friendly. The room was large but had holes in the wall, the bathroom window was taped up with a piece of clear plexiglass which I had to tape back up because it was falling off and cover with painters tape (because it was clear and people could just look in). Sheets were clean and beds were squeaky. Heater worked well.

1. I booked two non-smoking rooms, but one of them had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was quite unpleasant. 2. The two rooms were separated by the stairwell, with one on each side. This layout made both rooms very noisy, and we had difficulty sleeping well. 3. The bathtubs in both rooms appeared unclean. I wish I could attach photos so as for reference

Not cleaned!! The sheets had hair and stains, the room floor has clearly not been cleaned as well as the tub. The room smelled like cup o noodles. The parking was pretty tight but not terrible if you have an SUV or small car - pretty tight for trucks. Also pretty sure there was mold on top of the shower in the bathroom. Overall 3/10 stay.

Nice location. However the first morning a truck caused a power failure. I was going to shower and found no hot water in the sink. I didnt realize till the next day the the hot and cold water lines were reversed but dont know if the power outage would affect the water heater

Came here with my service dog and got wrongly questioned. The front desk guy had no clue what he was talking about asking for a certificate. ADA requirements states staff can only ask two questions to verify if a dog is a service animal: if it's required due to a disability and what tasks it performs. Not what the disability is or for records. I wish people were more respectful and knew the laws rather than fighting and being ignorant with someone who knows the laws. it did ruin my night but luckily I had my service dog with me. SMH

Older motel but very clean and quiet. Staff very pleasant. Coffee there but no breakfast. Wonderful for quick overnight stay.

This doesn’t even deserve a half a star! I have traveled the world, and I have to say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We would have left and gone elsewhere if we would’ve had the time and opportunity. Dirty, noisy, mold, in the bathroom very very worn out!

Place is awesome! I’ve been here 4xs this season. It’s not the newest but it gets the job done at a decent prize with decent amenities and quick & easy access to the mountain

I stayed at this property for 3 nights. This property provides just a basic hotel stay, basically a place to sleep while you spend your days on the slopes. The property is dated and can use a lot of upgrades and remodelling. Parking at this property is limited, definitely not enough spots for the number of rooms it has. During my stay there, it was quiet and I did not feel unsafe. The property manager was nice and helpful. Cleanliness was ok and can be improved.

If cleanliness is not an issue with you then this is your place. Very comfy beds but there was so much deferred maintenance to this place and the bathroom was absolutely horrific. The attendant was very apologetic when i told him but for $160 a night, is it too much to assume everything is clean from the last months use? It wasnt from the night before or an incidental issue but weeks of grime, hair, etc. Wish i could have left a better review

As we arrived right the way you can see the parking lot wasn’t clean from snow accumulation . The sliding door to the front desk didn’t work so you have to use your palms to push against the glass to slide it open! I am already upset, the floors were dirty and tumbles of other humans mixed with dust rolling in the corners, busted bathroom with no working fan !- that keeps the moist from the shower trapped inside and guess what …BLACK MOLD on the ceiling. Hey they had a super old rv propped against the curtain with no stand so if you want ton open the curtains be careful about the tv not to slide down bounce on the counter and lend on your toes .OMG terrible! The secure chain on the front door was casually just hanging there and nowhere to be attached ! Dust and dirty coffee cup, why didn’t they washed it? I can see the previous people sipping rings . Ok the hotel is cheap but they can have some standard and put some effort to clean the room! We have been taking advantage of ,it’s very upsetting and unfair . I asked the guy on the front desk to clean the ice infront of the stairs or put some salt so we don’t slip as we did already …yeah I got a thumbs up…that’s how far it got! Terrible place,they don’t deserve any business .

Bathroom floor was dirty with hair on the floor. Bedroom floor wasn’t clean. Front desk clerk was very nice.

great location, close to everything

The hotel is fine. Needs to maybe take out the old pool spot to free up some parking. Parking is tight if you dont come early. Otherwise its not a bad place for a good price. I havent had a bad experience yet.

Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was quite old, needed improvement especially bathroom. Toilet seat had a crack on it, no fan, tub needs replacement and floors and microwave were not clean.
