The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The area is convenient and safe. The breakfast was great!

Friendly and very helpful personnel. Clean hotel with spacious, spotless, modern rooms. Very comfortable bed. Not to mention the amazing breakfast that’s included with an incredible variety of choices. All in a all an excellent place to stay.

It was an amazing stay.

The room itself was clean and neat. Unfortunately, the air conditioner made a noise which we reported to the staff and it was not fixed which resulted in two sleepless nights. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of food.

Breakfast was superb, multi-lingual staff helpful, room well appointed and peaceful.

A comfortable stay. A few things to note for potential guests. The hotel phones were only able to receive calls from reception. We could not dial out. After raising our concerns, they moved us to another room. They did not work in either room. There is no shaver sockets in the bathrooms but there’s plenty of domestic sockets around. There’s no mini fridge or complimentary water provided. Only Hilton honors members get complimentary water provided. The breakfast was pretty decent (very continental) it gets very busy during peak times. The staff were friendly. Our original room was an accessibility room which was pretty bleak and miserable. We got moved to a standard room which was so much better.

The hotel is very close to the train station with quiet, comfortable rooms. When I had an issue with a rattling heater they replaced the unit promptly.

We like the room and its facilities which are designed with functionality and convenience in mind. It is good for holidaymakers looking for convenience, value for money, and above-average service.

Convenient location for train and tram. Breakfast could get a bit hectic and not a great deal of choice. Use the hotel bar across the road to the right. Much better choice and service as the receptionist serves you in the Hampton and they are pretty much useless with an attitude to boot.

Modern, clean and situated in a nice area for getting around - plenty of parking too

We stayed there the fourth time, this time the room service was excellent. The breakfast delicious. We definitely come back
