I stayed here because of the reviews. I can confirm it’s a great place to stay with excellent staff. The location is great with lots of character and eating options.

Comfortable room. Well kept and very nicely decorated. Fas check in. Staff was friendly and courteous. Good location but lots of street noise at all hours.

This is a great little hotel not too far from the downtown area. We walked there and back every day but the tram stop is close by. Our room was spacious and super clean. This is a historic building, so if you expect modern clean cut rooms and furnishings this is not for you.

Lovely niche hotel. Lovely room. Breakfast was lovely which was self service and good selection. All staff very pleasant and helpful. On checking in they realised it was my husband's birthday that day and on our return for a meal out, there was a lovely awaiting him outside our room along with some bubbly and chocolates. Would highly recommend and thank you

The uniqueness of the place. It was not like other ordinary hotel. The place has its own character The staff were friendly. I can recommend this place to my friends.

Really well located small genuinely "boutique" hotel with gorgeous spacious comfortable rooms , super clean and very kind and helpful staff.

Charm and great neighborhood

We had no view what so ever. Breakfast was good but everything on the buffet was cold. Not a great deal of selection. No elevator for luggage.

We loved this very quaint and historic hotel. The staff were most welcoming and were able to help us with our every need. They even helped to carry our bags up the stairs. ( there is no elevator). We were given a brief history of the home with the authentic tiles. The breakfast was delicious with homemade pastries. I couldn’t resist the cheesecake for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our room was street side but we didn’t find it noisy. The room was air conditioned. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. We were about a mile and half from the wonderful plazas and the downtown area by the Tagus. The front reception staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient on a lot a block away . We would stay there again.
