What a beautiful hotel, such a complete surprise to see the gorgeous interior decoration. The restaurant is worth a visit just to sit back and look at all the quirky fixtures, the wallpaper on the columns is fantastic, the food served was just as good. The bedroom was lovely, a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is right opposite the lake, which is nice for walks, and there is a beach area. We had a hire car (parking was 8 euros a night) but if we hadn't, the tram line was close by. We had a studio room with a small kitchen area, which meant we could self-cater if we wanted - the fridge was really handy. The pool area was a nice addition but very small - only 4 sun loungers, and the pool wasn't very big. There was a lovely restaurant (La Ferme) a couple of minutes walk down the road which we discovered on our last evening. Would definitely stay here again.

This is not a 3 star hotel, maybe not even a 2 star. Staff is very nice, but the room has no hand towels, no tissues, no fridge (or ice machine on property) so can't keep anything cold. A 1-star Motel 6 has all these things in the US. No wine glasses even though we are in the most prestigious wine area on Earth. Can't connect TV to streaming services. Hotel restaurant is decent but overpriced. Very disappointed that Hotels.com gives this place 3 stars and don't understand all the great reviews.

Sadly lake park surrounds were shut when we arrived and the hotel restaurant was also closed. Local La Ferme restaurant very busy. Book in advance. However hotel reception very friendly.

The hotel had bad signage, on side of building, had to pay parking but this was not even secure, a grassy bank perimeter, gates only to stop office building next door from parking. Hand basin did not empty. Coffee making facilities poor - kettle and instant coffee. Could provide better for cost

Hotel right by the lake bar is gorgeous another nice restaurant just down the road. The tram goes directly into Bordeaux, which is a beautiful city with lots to offer highly recommended.

In the past 12 months we’ve stayed in some 30 hotels from Australia to the UK, France and The Netherlands and this would have to be one of the best!! Our room was really well thought out and obviously designed to make one’s stay as easy and pleasurable as possible. It featured a compact kitchenette with a good sized fridge with a freezer section, a fold down table that was easily big enough for 2 c/w 2 folding chairs that can be stowed in the robe, plus 2 comfortable armchairs and a good size coffee table. Bathroom included a heated towel rail which comes in very handy when like us, you’re on the road for several months and need to wash some smalls. Staff were absolutely fantastic and most helpful. The only downside was the restaurant isn’t open for dinner at the weekend and the menu is limited, mainly to pizzas!!

An economical option while staying in Bordeaux with easy access to and from the A610. The hotel and our studio were quiet and clean, although many aspects of our room already showed signs of wear.

A very good stay, booked initially for 2 days and stayed 4. If you like using the tram or jump on the city bikes, the location is perfect. The pool on the roof is a nice bonus when it is 40*C. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was serving some very tasty meals. The staff was super friendly and helpful. 5 stars from me!

Hôtel very handy for visiting Bordeaux. If you do not a car you can hire the city bikes for Euro1.70 for 24 hours. Hotel restaurant is great, menu very tasty. Pool is small but lovely on a hot day. Will recommend and will stay again
