We had an awful nights sleep due to the very loud noises of running water in the pipes throughout the night. We stayed in room 101. We could hear other people arriving and going throughout the night and it sounded like they were in the room with us as there is a big gap below the door and you can hear everything. Also you can hear all the people on the street below - windows and doors need improving massively. Cleanliness basic - lots of stains and marks over the walls, needs a big deep clean. We wouldn’t book a self check in properly again as we found the machine very stressful. We did however like the style of the building, it was quirky and the location is fab. Just a shame we had zero sleep :(

Great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Central location with easy access to busses and walking round the city. Left luggage facility was very useful.

Loved it but the self check-in was stressful luckily the 4 of us got there with help from staff who came to our aid. Unique property. Great location. The only one other observation we could not get a reply during our stay when we rang both numbers. So not sure 24 help is accurate. Also no instructions on how to use the safe.

Excellent hotel and hands down best location

The hotel is in a good central location but was a disappointing experience. It’s not manned so no service - the room was bland and the toilet and sink were in the bedroom behind a glass screen. We wouldn’t return.

Location, bed and shower great but no wear to hang towels. Room a little small. Reception although only online, were helpful and pleasant.

Very unique hotel in the centre of Palma with high ceilings and some original architectural features. Great spot to explore Palma from, as it is very central and walking distance to all Palma offers. Great restaurants and terraces all around and shopping close by.

In an excellent area and close to everything. Building is a little dated but its kept well enough. Air conditioning worked well. Check in was easy and the luggage storage was very handy.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Close to everything. The check in process is easy and I received messages prior to arrival with helpful info. My room clensiness was lacking upon arrival. There were other people's hair on the sheets and floor, crumbs all under the bed, and dead bugs in the corners of the room. Overall I would stay there again. Also no instructions on how to use the safe and I couldn't figure it out. Seems simple, but nothing worked.

Safe hotel to stay in, door double locks perfect for a quickly city break but wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay. A basic room which was nicely decorated however there are a lot of stains, rust and a damp smell too the room which didn’t matter too much to me as it was just a place to sleep at night after exploring the city, although there are no staff on the premises as it’s self check in and out I did have to phone them upon arrival as the check in screen had crashed, the staff member I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful and resolved the issue within minutes, they also checked up on me through the trip to ensure I was enjoying my stay which was a lovely added bonus and over all I really great service.

Positive - Fantastic location, right in the heart of Palma. Negatives - room is a little small and basic. Soap not replenished, towels not changed daily and no cups or glasses provided to drink out of. The biggest challenge however is that there is an exposed toilet in the room with a glass door. It does not really set a romantic scene.

Perfect location, within walking distance of everywhere, lovely clean comfortable room, hosts were great communicating with us. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you!!
