Had a good stay here as a stopover on the way to the airport. Was able to check in late, although sadly no shuttle service after 11:00 pm. Staff were friendly and the room was nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of options, even as a vegetarian, and shuttle service to the airport shortly after was handy as well.

Front desk clerks were very helpful. The breakfast was good and had many options. The breakfast staff were really nice and helpful. They replaced food whenever it was low. The housekeeping lady was very nice and quick in providing me toiletries that I needed. Part of the hotel was being renovated, and our room was somewhat outdated. The toilet was very small and shower area was really narrow. The bed and blankets were not comfortable. The airport shuttle was great. It is a 15 mins walk to the metro and the shopping center with many dining options.

Super friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Convenient shuttle to and from Pudong Airport. Fantastic value for the money.
