Unprofessional staff. Don't book anything from HappyDays people. They will make you crazy. Prior to visit, rhey won't answer email questions or phone calls. Won't supply door passcode & parking data until day of visit..And You need to supply them wirh a CC# for security deposit. No parking voucher given, so they promised to reimburse us on our parking... called & emailed 4 times, and still waiting on credit. Staff acts clueless and gives no reassurance that things will be taken care of. Either they are 100% incompetent or dishonest? There's a reason why a lot of their reviews have been poor. Buyer be aware...and run the other way.

I thought the property was fantastic and a great location,the parking was a joke and something they should look at.having to work thier way round and one way system then parking on a double yellow is a bit much.no hot shower for three days in 25 degrees is another thing especially with an 88 year old man who was down for his birthday.lovely place and I would go back,just the details.three coathangers and one was broken and the couch was stained but parking was a bit daft and could be sorted out

Terrible. Communicating with the team was poor. No entrance information was given until minutes before arrival. The room was stifling hot and the windows wouldn't stay open. There was one small fan for two bedrooms. The couch was disgusting. There was no hot water in the shower. The beds were cheap and not comfortable. It was so bad that we booked a different hotel after just 1 night (we booked for 3). Don't let the pictures fool you.

The sofa bed was unusable and needs to be replaced. The internet was slow and Freeview did not work. The location was excellent. Communication prior to visit was incomplete and full information was not provided until 30 minutes before check in. Check in staff were however helpful. Parking was a bonus.

There were no keys when we checked in. These were eventually brought over from a different venue. The property we booked was meant to be a 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom. There was no ensuite bathroom. The property had terrible smells from the previous occupants. While the offer of several air freshners helped. We would have expected a cleaner, fresher apartment.

Lovely apartments very clean. Beds are comfy has everything you need .including toilet rolls shampoo washing up liquid . Perfect location . Very central to city centre.we will definatly be returning.

Absolutely perfect. I’ve stayed here several times. Perfect for all amenities, city centre on your doorstep. Virtually everything you could need inside the apartment, from cooking facilities to washing machine. A home from home!

Photo on expida don't represent or correct to apt type I booked a 1 bedroom which shows having a bath ,only two bed rooms have bath Happystay we're very slow to resolve and charge me extra £40 pounds to move in to a damaged two bed room apartment Bin was dented and mirror broken and some items were missing from cupboards Apt was clean thou but some of the stuff needs replacing ie bins couches and some essential kitchen items

Great spot very clean nice rooms great location. Would 💯 recommend. Only minor issue was figuring out how to turn on hot water which they helped so 5 stars..

Great Location close to Bars-Restaurant-Shops

Our original accommodation was unavailable due to a water leak but we got no notice from the hotel, who had to scramble to get us accommodation in the main hotel for 1 night and then in an alternative apartment for 2 nights. It broke our stay and was very inconvenient. Unfortunately the noise levels in both alternate places was appalling. Loud music from the local, pubs blaring until 3am in the morning. No idea why Liverpool City allows this.

Lovely property and very spacious. Comfortable beds . The only two issues were I asked that the heating be on before we arrived ( but it was not ) so the place took a couple of hours to warm up and the apartment was locked ( check in said it would be unlocked ) so we had to wait for 15 minutes until someone came with a key. However, The Queen Suite is really nice and we would definitely stay again

Great stay.

Overall a really nice property. Very spacious and it was very clean. Location is great. Lacks a bit of coziness with the excess of white walls and lack of natural light. Room for improvement - the sofa bed in the living room only comfortably seats 3 people- we were a party of 5 so two were sitting on dining chairs. It’s also not suitable as a bed for 2 people. It’s very uncomfortable as a sofa bed with the line down the middle and not very stable. My 7 and 13 year old struggled on it so adults certainly would. A large corner sofa with opened into a solid double bed would be much better. The bedding in general was poor quality in particular the thin sheets and absolutely awful pillows. One pillow each that was far too thin and small for the cases!! Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Apartment was well equipped with kitchen needs and good bathrooms. Super central location.

While it is listed as luxury, far from it, there for just under 2 wks, 7 coat hangers for 2 bedrooms, had to email to get a broom, trash bags, but they were quick. Again Happy Days does not know how to stock a kitchen, no serving spoons, spatula, bottle, can or wine opener, or mixing bowls or spoons. Nice selection of knives and glasses. A large frying pan, grater, double boiler, no lid and a small cover sauce pan, and measuring cup. Sofa was in an awkward position so only on person could sit to watch tv and we had to use the single duvet to cover the wood braces that were coming through. Location was everything, easy train access, shopping and close to Liverpool One.
