The hotel was horrible , and honestly the staff there don’t even clean up they keep using the same dirty sheets , also the breakfast there is genuinely dangerous after eating it we all got sick, had severe food poisoning and had horrible stomach aches , also horrible wifi, horrible location , horrible everything, will not be going back, the pool was tiny and dirty, pretty much everything sucks about this establishment

We stayed for one night before our flight out of Jordan. The staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and breakfast options were really good. Check in and check out was breezy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious local food, and it was included with the stay, which was a great bonus. The location is perfect close to everything. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice clean hotel Stayed one night and then went to Wadi rum, staff is helpful nice breakfast in the morning

You can go to the downtown walking nice place you can see from the property the whole city

It is an excellent hotel quite and clean

Affordable stay according to the paid money. The cleanliness and the staffs behaviour are the best features on the property.

Very comfortable accommodations. Man at the desk was especially helpful. He booked us for. 4-hour snorkeling experience that was one of the highlights of my trip!

The shower was only lukewarm. The safe run out of batteries and because of the weekend, I had to wait one day for the safe to work again

Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable although the A/C was a bit noisier than expected. Nice breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside to this hotel is the location as it is a bit further from the beach and shops/restaurants.
