Teenagers were allowed to swim in the pool very late at night. Their laughter and play carried to our room on the fourth floor. Called guest services two nights in a row, 11:30 PM and then 11:00 PM. Pool guidelines state closed at 9:30 PM.

We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was helpful and appeared happy to do their jobs. Our room was clean and had a fresh scent. The pool was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and offered many options.

We had a corner room which had an alcove off the hallway, providing lots of privacy and quiet. The room included a kitchenette and a table for 4. It would be perfect for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and efficient, recommending a restaurant, providing extra towels, etc. Breakfast was significantly better than the usual buffet. It was a little farther from the university than I thought from the map, and the street had lots of traffic. The hotel itself is a little dated but immaculately maintained.

Awful mattress ruined our following day, as we got no or maybe an hours sleep. Towels were gym grade. Piece of the baseboard fell off in the hall and scared me half to death walking to the bathroom in the dark. Sometimes you just have to look and see if your rooms are being maintained. They picked up the breakfast at 9:30 am instead of 10. Found someplace good to eat breakfast nearby though. Only spent $40 for breakfast, thanks. Coffee was 3am truckstop blend. Can't understand how this place had good reviews. Just Awful.

Very nice, clean, updated. Comfortable beds! Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with the lights in the room, they fixed it quickly and cheerfully. The gave us good recommendations for dinner.

Fast and friendly service , clean property

It had a weird smell, the toilet seat was about to come off, there wasn’t bedding for the pullout couch, the floor was coming up. Service was fine, but the hotel overall was undwrwhelming

Spent an unexpected week here visiting my child at University of Alabama and the large suites were modern , clean and perfect! We had everything we needed to “live” here like home away from home! The staff was wonderful. The location is close to the university and all the restaurants . This was our home away from home . Roll Tide !

A nice place to stay for a weekend visit to Univeristy of Alabama! Rooms are spacious and clean.
