The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Lovely old property in the old town. Room was basic, with an ensuite bathroom, all we needed for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Breakfast in the morning was included and good too. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Attractive no-frills small hotel in the old town, with a busy restaurant. Basic but spotlessly clean room with small shower room en suite, quiet and comfortable. No lift, fairly steep stairs. Good breakfast.

The room was a bit small but clean. There were no amenities and staff were pleasant enough.

I like the place. We were staying for one night only. The room was nice and clean which included sink only so keep in mind. The bathroom is shared with other rooms on the hallway . I recommend that place.

Quaint hotel in Zermatt. No elevator

The staff is exceptional! Shout out to Daniella for being so nice and helpful. The included breakfast was small but very good quality. The restaurant is very good. Do not hesitate to eat here.

Good hotel in old part of Chur - about 15 mins walk from train station. Great rooms - comfy beds and clean. Breakfast very nice too. My only negative was the lady on check in who was quite unfriendly and did not give me a good first impression - I understand many people stay for just one night but that’s the nature of the town and the business. I found her quite intimidating

The room was basic but the bathroom was poor - having a shower curtain instead of a shower screen and a limited shower over a bath. Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast - mostly sweet pastries alongside cold meats and cheese. It had good access to the local area and train station.

Easy walk from the train station. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a nice Swiss meal in the Hôtel restaurant.

1st floor double room with bathroom was perfect. Check-in was super quick - they stayed a few extra minutes past 10pm to accommodate of train arrival time. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful.

The room and bathroom were very dated. The bedroom door would not close. We had to lock the door with the key when in the room. The staff were excellent. They were so friendly. Breakfast was nice. It was continental. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very nice, The location was very good. The rooms and bathroom do need to be refurbished.

Great value for money in Chur. A bit dated interior but great mattress and quiet neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast.
