This is my third time trying a staycation at Anderson and this unit is the best of the previous ones.

Check-in and check-out are easy, as you can access the room mailbox in the apartment lobby. Direct mall access is also available.

We arrived late at night to visit the university the next morning. Our teenagers loved the easy access to the mall for food. We also had easy access to the places we wanted to visit. Parking was easy, the rooms were clean, and food was easy.

Highly recommended, close access to the mall, super clean rooms, super special service & very close to the city.

Everything is clean. The AC is great!! The kitchen is fully equipped, but the bed isn't big enough, hehehe, but overall, I really like it.

The room was nice, the children's room on the floor was not very clean, the staff was nice when I complained about the LPG and it was handled immediately, the Aqua water seemed to have not been replaced so we ended up buying it ourselves, but overall my family and I liked the room.

The place is nice, close to the restaurant.

A special 5 stars for Mr. Johan, Anderson's staff. He was very helpful from the beginning of my booking. The only negative and disappointing thing was the Anderson staff themselves, especially the security guard who was completely unhelpful. I'm a layman and this was my first time trying this apartment because checking in after 6 PM had to be done independently. The security guard should have been able to help with the access key retrieval service, at least. I don't know if this is bad management or what, even getting in and out of the parking lot was very troublesome (because I was just dropping off). A luxury apartment connected to a mall, but the information system for directions and so on is very unclear and inadequate, especially the security guard who was useless there, not helpful at all. The point is before booking here, ask for clear information about parking, how to access the P floor to get the key (for your information, I waited a long time until I asked another resident to go to the P floor (fortunately the resident was willing because not all residents were willing). The point is if you don't want to be bothered, don't be here. Apart from that, I really appreciate Mr. Johan as the admin I contacted. Next time I won't come here again, but if I become Mr. Johan's customer in another apartment, maybe I will still be willing. Thank you. Note: If I'm not mistaken, I got unit 2133, a 2-bedroom room, the problem was that the toilet was badly clogged, the rest was okay. Bunk beds and another room was 1 bedroom and there was a long sofa, it could accommodate 4 people.

Connected with Pakuwon Mall, very convenient food paradise, endless shopping. Mega Churches inside the mall (GMS & GSJS) within 5 mins walk

Near the mall, the place is good, clean and strategic, everything is cozy, the mas is very patient, kind and friendly, thanks for the cool service, suitable for bringing family on holiday and suitable for those who already have children. The apartment facilities are all complete and go down the lobby directly to the mall I love it👍🏻👏🏻😍

The hot water was a bit difficult to regulate but the room was very comfortable and just right, the staff also gave good instructions

Check-in was easy. Facilities like cooking utensils, etc., need to be checked because they're no longer fit for use. The rice cooker was moldy and the microwave was missing. I've complained about it, but there's no solution, just let it sit.

The living room and bedroom were tidy, and the air conditioning was cool. The cooking utensils were quite complete. However, the toilet was not very clean. Overall, it was quite good.

I had a terrible experience in this apartment. The AC in the main room wasn't cooling, instead it sprayed water, leaving my suitcase wet and the lights in the second room out. I've complained to the owner, but they only apologized.

We enjoyed staying here, the kids can swim and if you want to eat, you can just go down to the mall which is also located in the apartment area. The staff is fast response and friendly. Keep up the quality. Next time, stay here again. Success for Anderson Apartment.
