how come.. most of my stays use traveloka or something.. there are amenities.. like towels, soap, etc.,, this is not there at all.. as for the cleanliness of the place, it's okay, it's clean the place is not in doubt. strategic because it's in the same building as the mall the service part is a bit slow to respond

Spacious enough for the whole family, safe environment.

The staff is kind, the unit is clean and smells good. The admin is also responsive so it is very helpful if there is any confusion.

The bathroom is dirty, room 1 is very narrow, not suitable for 2 people.

There was no water in the bathroom, the furniture was problematic, the bed position was uncomfortable, and the bed cover sheets were not very clean.

Nggak ada kelengkapan kamar mandi hanya lokasi yang pas sih.

Jangan nginap disini ga dikasi sprei bed cover padahal nginap 2 malam. Katanya mau diantar sprei dan bed cover tapi ga diantar. Bantal juga kurang. Apartemen ga nyaman.

Lokasi premium fasilitas termasuk bagus hanya saja tidak ada tong sampah dan kartu akses sedikit bermasalah.

Akomodasinya sangat bagus, tempat yang nyaman, mudah akses, dan pelayanan dari pengelolanya sangat bagus juga, mudah dihubungi, dan friendly. Terbaik sih nginap di sini next pengen lagi.

Very dirty. Like not cleaned. When I arrived the floor felt grubby (lots of dust), there was still a lot of hair on the floor, there were ants on the walls and tables, on the dresser there were crumbs of noodles and splashes of the broth, the kitchen water tap was off so you couldn't wash the cutlery there. Then let alone getting toiletries, what was there instead got used shampoo sachets that had been opened but not thrown away. The intention was to staycation because the household member was going home, but it was so dirty and because we brought small children, we just came to sweep and mop the floor (the mop was really black like it had never been rinsed). Actually the apartment building is nice, it's just that this unit doesn't pay attention to cleanliness at all.
