This is not my first time staying here, I have stayed here many times, and this time I had a very unpleasant experience, I was greeted by cockroaches at night, the bathroom was dirty, the water was very small and I tried to sleep in that room in the morning I extended my stay in the hope of being able to move rooms but the rude receptionist said she didn't guarantee that all rooms would be clean even though it was a place to stay that should be clean. And when I extended my stay I slept in the same room and you know what? The blanket smelled bad like someone's ex. And in the morning I took a shower when I had soap, the water suddenly became very small until it stopped and I took a shower using my drinking water. This was a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. So those of you who want to stay, you better think about it first. And for the receptionist ladies, please work and serve guests well, not put on a rude face, Miss!

Pelayanan ramah, dikenakan deposit 100rb, ruangan bersih, dapat fasilitas handuk, pelengkapan mandi hanya sikat & pasta gigi, TV nyala, AC dingin, terdapat water heater nyala. Lokasi terjangkau dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan. Overall baguss, sangat recommended untuk stay di sini.

Hotelnya deket banget dari bundaran hi oke sih bagi yah mau nunpng transit buat malam th baruan. Nyaman bersih ok ya not bad.

Staf penjaganya kasar dan tidak berpendidikan, memandang rendah orang lain dan sok udah jadi pemilik hotel, tolong diperbaiki, untuk kebersihan saya anggap sangat puas meski hanya hotel kecil, cap jempol untuk bagian kebersihan, receptionist nya aja yang kasar dan jera saya nginap jika pelayanan demikian, terima kasih.

Tidak ada lahan parkir buat mobil, sampai bingung saya cari lokasi parkir buat mobil. Petugas hotelnya juga tidak bisa bantu. Sangat tydak ramah deh buat yang bawa mobil. Kamarnya juga tidak pernah dibersihkan, Air mineral botol juga tidak dapat. Di sediakan galon sih tapi jarang diisi.
