Nhà cũ dơ, có mùi. Cửa phòng quá nhẹ gió thổi ồn. Nhà vệ sinh chỉ có vòi tắm mới nóng lạnh. Bồn tắm hư . Lý chén dơ bẩn. Nhân viên dọn dẹp bất lịch sự, nặng nhẹ khách, mặt hầm hầm,làm việc ầm ầm dằn mặt khách thanh toán trên app ghi có hình thức visa nhưng thực tế là không gây bất tiện
