Given to stay at Snug studio instead of urban one bedroom for the first 4 nights. But the last 2 nights, I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom instead. The housekeeping staff at the Snug studio was not so good in cleaning. They made the bed and cleaned the plates for me. Thanks a lot. But the toilet bowl was not washed for 3 nights. Toilet paper was not topped up, nor was the shower gel. The basin was not washed for 2 nights. On level 37, the dustbin at the lift lobby, rubbish was not emptied for 3 nights. On the fourth day when I changed my room to the 2-bedroom on level 37, the rubbish still had not been cleared. After I moved to the 2-bedroom, the housekeeping staff did make the bed and wash the plates. But the stove and a bit of stain on the table were not cleaned. And the washing machine blower was spoilt. I washed my clothes and after 3 hours plus of drying, the clothes were still wet and cold, unlike when I used the level 37 washing machine blower, it was dry and warm. I packed all my damp clothes into a separate big bag when I checked out of the AMI Suite. Last year I came to stay at AMI Suite, the housekeeping was very good and had a good standard. I even wrote a thank you note to thank the housekeeping staff and told her I was grateful for her services provided to me. The outside dustbin was cleared daily too. As for the counter staff, all were very professional, friendly, and nice to guests, including me. Also helpful when needed help or had queries. Overall, still a pleasant stay at AMI Suite despite some knots appearing. Hope that next time I stay again, I will have better services than in 2026. As in Year 2025, I had a better experience than in 2026. Room for improvement. Fighting!
