Hello Alsahar, Sorry for Hien's bad experience. In Alsahar we do not use disposable brushes, we are committed to tourism activities for the green environment and limit waste of Hoi An city. Alsahar provides me with free toothpaste and always hopes that when you come to Alsahar, you will have your own toothbrush. The room spacious, smarttv provided. The only problem is just the water heater. I think its ran out with other guest when I'm taking bath.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, the staff is polite and nice, the breakfast is limited but quite ok and you even bring it to the room, the shampoo is very fragrant, the hotel can read it for me please info 🤭. However, the minus point is that it is located in an alley so taxis are difficult to get in, the receptionist is not on duty very often

Checked in earlier than scheduled, Hoi An was a bit rainy so the hostess probably understood and let me check in early. Cozy space, free to use dishes if needed, snacks at alsahar are also cheap and reasonable, should try bathing with interesting bath bombs with lots of bubbles... The room is fully equipped, has iron, hair dryer and smart TV with Netflix, so you can relax. The hostess is attentive, cheerful and enthusiastic. Will come back many more times...

The room is big, beautiful, fully equipped. The room is super airy due to many windows. In the afternoon, the wind blows cool without turning on the air conditioner. The owner (or staff) is extremely enthusiastic. In terms of price, this is an extremely great experience with the price of just over 300k for 1 person. Highly recommend
