The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when I arrived in Gresik before check-in time. The room was clean, facilities such as AC and hot water were working well. Thank you to the security guard for lending me his helmet, I was able to enjoy my vacation in Gresik 🙏🏻 best experience so far

The app allowed us to book adjoining rooms; however, I was not given any feedback on its availability. I did not get adjoining rooms for my family unless I upgraded the room, which means additional cost. The room which I stayed in was clean and comfortable, but I missed the info that the attractive room rate is for a very tiny windowless room, just enough to fit a queen bed with bedside tables on each side of the bed and a space behind the door to hang clothes. The bathroom was clean with acceptable size, and water pressure was good. Food was tasteful, and staff were polite and helpful.

The location is great, with ample parking, neat and clean rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, a variety of TV channels, and delicious breakfast options. The Wi-Fi is a bit of a drawback, as it doesn't connect to the internet.

What's interesting is the room is clean, the AC is cold, the lobby area is clean, there is a welcome drink of hot tea and welcome snacks. What needs to be improved: 1. Parking service. Security did not ask whether the hotel guest or not, just stood, and pointed to the parking on the side of the road. I, as a hotel guest who was going to check in, felt unsafe if I parked my car on the side of the road. I gave a signal to enter the parking lot, but the security just sat back and seemed to think I wasn't there. I had to get out of the car and say, that I am a hotel guest and want to check in, then the man just said, park inside here (like a house). Sir... how do I know that the car is parked in a different location, not in the hotel parking area because there is no sign indicating the parking location? 2. Hot water does not come out 3. There is only 1 slipper and toothbrush, even though the room has 2 single beds. Thank you.
