The room was okay, just a few spots in the room and on the mattress that needed cleaning. The hot water didn't work very well because it wasn't hot enough. So far, so good, as it's close to everything.

Very comfortable, friendly, great service, exceeded expectations. Clean room, direct mountain view, strategic location, excellent TV, cool AC. Stayed 2 nights. At 1 p.m., the cleaning staff knocked on the door asking permission to clean. Awesome!

The hotel staff were all friendly and responsive. A welcome drink and snacks were provided. There's a mini playground near the restaurant, perfect for those with children to keep them occupied while checking in and out. Room service was good, and the food was delicious and quite varied. They also served turmeric and tamarind jamu (herbal drink). The Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

I don't know where it came from, there were several baby cockroaches running around, when I put the food on the table it was surrounded by black ants, the noisy voices of children in the next room could be heard.
