There are hot water facilities but they cannot be used because the electricity is not sufficient.

The place is located at the back of the main house, you will pass a dirty narrow way and stairs, which is not really convenient when you have a luggage with you. No cancellation and no refunds if you don't like their disagreeable place.

I booked for my sister and she brought a 1 year old baby, according to her the guard was friendly and nice, but because they ran out of rooms she got one on the 4th floor, it was quite tiring because she brought a baby

for me everything is okay... for staying overnight for a day it's okay... everything is clean... the AC is on... there are a few mosquitoes... but when the AC is on... the mosquitoes are gone... but everything is nice

The room is ok, quite clean and has enough space. However, the bathroom is too small for adults so it is a bit difficult to take a shower (too tight), then unfortunately the water heater is not used because when it is turned on the electricity goes out immediately (even though the AC and lights have been turned off). The cleanliness in the hotel area is also not well maintained, especially on the lower floors, the road access to the hotel is also blocked in the morning and evening (a bit difficult for MUA needs), then suddenly there is a car parking fee of 20,000 which was previously not in the hotel's detailed information and the security guard/vehicle guard is also not very friendly. But the receptionist is friendly and very helpful even though she looks old. Maybe next time you can have a male employee for other needs such as helping to lift heavy items, especially if you get a room on the 4th floor considering the stairs access is quite difficult if you bring large and heavy items such as suitcases.

Dirty, TV broken, no hot water,

Disappointed with the service, I booked a room with breakfast from Traveloka, but they said there was no breakfast provided. Wifi: I forgot to ask, but there was no initiative to give the voucher. This 100K deposit was my mistake, I transferred it via QRIS, the receptionist said it should be cash> I had already transferred it and it could not be returned for the deposit because the transfer was via QRIS. Yes, double disappointed. 1. Didn't get breakfast even though I ordered one with breakfast. 2. The deposit was not returned. The money was not much but I was disappointed with the service, the rest let the stars do the talking

I really like staying here, it's strategic, easy to go anywhere, it's close to Citra Land Mall, there are also lots of food stalls around so you don't have to worry about getting hungry, oh yeah, this is the 4th time I've stayed here. 🙏

For the price of accommodation of 200 thousand, you can't expect more. According to the price. But at least the cleanliness of the room and the accommodation area should be better maintained. And the condition of the room does not match the one in the photo with the room I chose which is the executive suite. The right is in accordance with the conditions in the photo. Clean boarding house, cheap price for comfortable rest, has AC.

The boarding house staff are very friendly, but the boarding house is very dirty in the bathroom. Many worms and centipedes climb up. The smell of the sewer rises which disturbs the comfort of sleeping. Maybe in the future the cleanliness of the boarding house can be improved again.

Toilet and the room have spider web. There are children in other rooms, some nights they are loud even after 11 PM.
