The hotel didn't meet expectations and didn't meet the description of the facilities: the shower was broken, the set-top box didn't work, and the TV was dead. Overall, I was disappointed, and it didn't match the description on the marketplace. My advice: if you want a lot of customers, the hotel should be fully equipped and renovated so it can be marketable.

An experience I will never forget.

When we first arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't ready because the renovations had just finished, and the smell of paint on the walls hadn't been swept or mopped, so there was a lot of dust. So, after a long journey from Surabaya, we had to wait again. Plus, my 6-year-old son saw a ghost in room 103—oh my God, he ran away, and the toilet door slammed shut really hard, even though there was no air or fan inside. It was a scary experience.

The hotel is not well maintained. It does not match what is uploaded in the app. If the price is that much, you get it, don't expect much.

For the price of 300, the facilities are very inadequate. The shower head is detached, there are no towels and toiletries, even a mat is waiting to be asked for and then given, and it is not in a clean condition.

dirty room is not suitable. the paint on the walls is peeling.. shabby bed sheets. bad smell. the bathroom smells of dirt... not like the one in the photo on traveloka.. unprofessional. I ordered and paid for 3 rooms but was provided with 2 rooms and I was told to go upstairs which was clearly my order below.. I didn't end up staying here even though I had booked and paid. there was no/could not communicate with the hotel manager. after I arrived I complained and was answered that I didn't know and didn't know by the hotel staff. really if there was a minus 100 value.. I would give minus one hundred (-100) for the overall assessment. I was really disappointed.

The TV doesn't work, no wifi, hot water is useless, I'm sure the pillowcases haven't been washed because they smell of other people's dirty hair, the person in charge is quite good and the MMCB is friendly, but the room facilities don't match what is stated in the app.
