The location is very strategic in the middle of the Old Quarter. However, the bathroom smells quite strong, probably due to a leaking pipe or something. It's quite torturous, especially in a windowless room. We stayed for four days, and the sheets and towels were never changed. The furniture was very dusty. The bathroom was small.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The location was a plus, even though the price was average. Surprisingly, the room was clean!

I rented a room but it was late at night and there was no receptionist, so I took my room card and went up to the room myself (acting for myself). When I opened the room, it was so dirty, the mattress and blanket were like porridge, there was so much hair stuck on the bed, I had to use the blanket to cover the mattress because I didn't dare to lie down because it was dirty. My room leaked and was soaked.

Too bad from the staff's attitude to the room. When checking in, I got the key myself and went up to the room. The doorknob was broken, temporarily installed, couldn't open, asked the hotel to open it for me, but the attitude was bad. The shower button was broken, the bathroom mirror was dirty, the toilet still had feces from the previous guest. The bed sheets weren't changed, and there were hairs falling out. In short, it's not worth staying at.

Everything was perfect until I checked out and left my backpack at the hotel to do some work. When I came back, I saw my backpack was torn like this. If I didn't want the customer to send it back, I just said something. But doing this makes me feel really annoyed.
