Tips from wise netizens: choose a room at the front, so you can wake up immediately greeted by a view of the valley and hills that will make your heart feel cool like a WA that is replied to quickly. Breakfast? Complete! From toast to traditional Bromo menus—full stomach, happy heart. Want to go to the crater by jeep? Don’t worry, the hotel also provides a jeep service that is ready to take you to the clouds (literally). This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and was disappointed. Our room, they did not change the bedsheets, after informing the receptionist they changed it. The bathroom's drain, the water was not able to run properly and caused flooding in the bathroom. The entry to our room was not cleaned properly. However, the personnel at the restaurant was really kind.

Manthap.. nice view, cool air on the slopes of Bromo, there is a swimming pool, clean fast flowing water, hot and cold water, good wifi & network, clean and affordable delicious restaurant & food, safe environment, close to UMKM, good service, really good, Recommended.

Everything is ok. Only the front of the room is not comfortable. The sound of people talking penetrates into the next room. Thanks

Good for transit to Mount Bromo.

The hotel is clean, the service is good and the staff are friendly. The view is really good. Unfortunately when I went there, Bromo was closed. The breakfast menu is not extensive, but it tastes good. There is a minimarket that is open until night, selling milk, diapers and snacks. Suitable for a staycation.

The staff is friendly, when asked they want to give an explanation and the answer is friendly. Only for the gym facilities, it is still lacking.

Standard facilities for a 3 star hotel, quite good, just a bit of a rush to check out due to traffic jams in Bromo

The hotel staff service is friendly, unfortunately the room I booked earlier was according to the description in the app & when I asked the receptionist if my room was correct, the receptionist who answered said that of all the guests who stayed in the room, I was the only one who said it was not right, why did it seem like I was looking for trouble. I have often booked hotels, often via the app & this is the first time the room is not right, so I asked. I had time to chat with CS to confirm & ask for proof of the room description as I mentioned, finally after I showed it I only got an apology without any solution. Improve the complaint handling again, choose wiser words when talking to customers because we come from a long journey, don't choose words that contain elements of accusations

Loud guests, especially at around 12-3 am, everyone was waking up to hike the mountain but they were super loud and inconsiderate in the hallways.

For hotel service from the receptionist and all are very friendly, the check in process is fast, breakfast has a fairly complete menu selection. But I suggest for access to the hotel location must enter from Pasuruan because it cannot enter from the Pribolinggo access like I did yesterday entering from the Probolinggo access had to turn back for about 3 hours, so once again I suggest for access to the hotel make sure to enter through Pasuruan. Btw vacation in Bromo is very memorable thanks to the slope hotel.
