I've stayed twice and have always been satisfied. Easy access, close to the toll gate. Finding food is also easy since it's right on campus. There's also a smart TV, so you won't get bored.

In general it's quite good, it's just that when you enter the room you read the announcement that if you damage items a, b, c, d you will have to pay compensation, which feels a little intimidating.
