Just last night, I was suddenly told I had to move because of water repairs. I had been out all this time and had to rush back and move my things myself (because I had a lot of stuff and was afraid of losing it). The sink faucet was loose.

The hotel staff is very friendly and fast response, any trouble in the room was immediately handled. For food, there are many variations because maybe it's a weekend, the taste is quite good, there are many dessert stalls too. Just a suggestion for the motorbike parking area to be monitored more because some parts of my motorbike were missing and scratched 🙏🙏 highly recommended 🫶🫶🫶🫶

The hotel is very strategic, and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, there's only one key, and you can still hear snoring from the next room. The staff are friendly and kind.

Looking for a hotel on the spur of the moment, I found one this good! The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Booking a Deluxe Room requires a hairdryer to be delivered straight to your room. Yuhuu🫶🏻 The breakfast is delicious and there are lots of choices, definitely recommended!✨

The hotel's amenities are quite modern. The TVs are Coocaa LED Android TVs, and the bathroom mirrors have lights.

Everything was ok, only Wi-Fi so we couldn't watch TV shows from check-in until we checked out.

I stay here every year. The room is still quite spacious, but the shower doesn't have a door, so water leaks everywhere. The soap dispenser is a bit stuck. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Compared to other hotels in the area, I would definitely choose this hotel for my stay.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Besides the hassle-free parking, the rooms are great, and everything is fine, except the Wi-Fi is prone to intermittent outages. Overall, it's great.

A recommended hotel. The front office staff, from HK to the security guards, were all friendly and helpful. The only minor issue is the extremely unpleasant odor in the basement parking area, the smell of the drainage, or the downright smell of dead rats. Overall, it's okay, thanks.
