The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, we were served very well during our stay, the cleanliness and comfort are also very good, close to the tourist attractions of Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si.

Everything is fine. Only the room facilities are getting less.

we are staying 1 night, 2 rooms. on end of December. not enough parking space. The overall experience was disappointing. The bathroom had mold, wet which made it feel dirty and unhygienic. The bedsheet was not properly fitted and felt loose. There was an unpleasant smell in the room throughout the stay. One of the chairs was broken and had only been fixed with cellophane tape, which was unsafe and unacceptable. Maintenance and cleanliness need serious improvement.

Room was clean & rather spacious(for us, at least). Food accessibility (as it's near a morning market). Parking (Free) is ok. ample(except when it's peak seasons). Staff was relatively friendly (especially the Chinese Lady, who went the extra mile) Water dispensers at every level/floor. Only 2 comments. Showering Area could be covered, so that it will not make the toilet wet(We can see, it used to have, but apparently removed, pls consider reinstalling). The room key/access card slot is positioned too close to the Aircon controls, making it very difficult to adjust the temperature. oh & a side advice. Don't plan to go out of the hotel before 10am, you will end up in a jam, due to the market. Other than that, is a great place to stay!😉

Easy to access. Easy to check in. Elevators in a good condition. Room is clean. No visible dust & hair fall on the floor. Bathroom is clean. Water pressure is high. Seronok mandi. All is well. Kudos to the hotelier.

Peaceful location, many street food to try near ayer itam market, near kek lok si temple, just walking, dont be lazy. Also, near to bukit bintang loeer station.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was so cozy. It's near Penang Hill, Kek Lok Si Temple, and surrounded by many food hawkers. The environment was so peaceful and the air was fresh.

My 3rd stay in this hotel. Very cheap off-peak weekday rate for a 3-star hotel. A go-to place for my staycation.

The hotel is quite comfortable, but it's a bit far from the center of Penang..., but the view is nice... 👍

Serene view of hills and nearby villages. Very old world charm. Had a pleasent stay. However, bathroom floor had plenty of dust worm coming off when in contact with water. Spring mattress is badly worn. Suggest better bathroom maintenance and change of mattress.
