Checking in through the app took a while because I wasn't used to it. The location is okay, but parking isn't very convenient.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is very strategic, close to the mall, culinary center, public transportation. Next time, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the food is delicious and the hotel is comfortable and clean.

It's a shame that the superior view room on the 3rd floor doesn't have a smart TV, even though the superior view rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors do. And please fix this, I'm still staying another night but I'm being tapped to check out immediately, even though I still have 1 more day to stay, please improve the performance.

I thought the hotel would be small, but it turned out to have plenty of clean rooms, and the hotel smelled great from the corridors to the rooms. The staff was friendly, the location was strategic, and there was plenty of food.

I stayed for quite a while, about 9 nights, and the AC in the room wasn't cold and had errors several times. In the end, I asked to move rooms. The location is very close to Plaza Blok M, next to the hotel there is a reflexology place and Starbucks. The facilities and comfort of the room need to be improved. Oh yeah, the room is also not soundproof (I could hear the voices of guests from the next room).
