It's good, but the AC is not cold enough. Everything else is OK.

Overall good for stay in Surabaya near to UBAYA.

Nice small hotel for short trip

I like the cleanliness of all the OYO's house area (not only the bedroom), that's number one priority when we choose hotel/hostel. Security system run quite good cause the gate locked by the security and there are some precise time to come and go

it turns out that the house is used for multifunction, office, guesthouse. there is a curfew so it is not flexible. the air conditioner is not cold, there is only 1 towel, and most importantly the sheets and pillowcases seem not to have been changed. because the 22 pillows smell of saliva from the previous person who stayed, the sheets smell of sweat from the previous person who stayed. hopefully in the future it can be better.

The hotel area is clean. In the morning there are computer sales activities. The rooms are clean. Comfortable

The accommodation is clean, the AC is cold, first there was an error in the settings, that's why the AC was hot.

Very comfortable. Especially when I brought a baby, my child immediately fell asleep without any fuss because the room was comfortable and quiet. The service was also friendly.

The room is very comfortable. Highly recommended. If I go to Surabaya tomorrow, I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, friendly and educational guards.

The room. Spacious, clean, friendly staff, but during my 6-day stay, they never offered to clean it or change the sheets. They only provided drinking water once when I first checked in. Only 1 towel was provided even though there were 2 people staying and there was a curfew. For the rest, it is recommended and can be a subscription.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here because besides the price it's suitable and the place is comfortable and clean. Close to the highway so easy access to sightseeing spots.

Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih. Sudah beberapa kali nginep di sini.

Semua bagus, kamar besar bersih, ada kamar mandi, AC dingin, saya pulang kerja kamar dibersihkan diganti seprai dan handuk dikasih minum, kurangnya gak ada air panas dan gas habis untuk masak air panas untuk susu.

Kamar lumayan bersih, lokasi strategis dekat Ubaya, sayangnya air panas tidak jalan sama sekali, sudah lapor alasannya kalau malam dimatikan, tapi pagi hari sama juga tetap dingin.
