The hotel staff is very friendly, especially when checking in by Azril assisted with early check in. The housekeeper is very helpful and very friendly. Ordered food from room service, the chicken was still raw. Everyone's mood was still helped because they were given early check in.

the best place we've stayed so far...very spacious and tidy..the facilities are superb..pool are open until 10 but the place were very dark at night..anyhow, kids love this place very much..will definitely come here again..

My favourite is the room and swimming pool! We got one-bedroom room with affordable price—it was spacious and full of facilities: kitchen with microwave and fridge; huge living room with sofa, TV and speakers; new and comfortable bathroom, and comfortable room with TV. Though no view from the room, but it’s suitable for family—it has connecting door. The water in the pool is clean and the view is amazing. Suitable for those who yearn for quiet staycation—cos not many things available nearby.

The location was quite out of the way but still pretty near to legoland and if you drive, it is actually not too bad. There's security guard at the basement carpark so it is safe. The front desk service was good and we had an upgrade to one bedroom suite. The room is clean but if you need toothbrush or razor etc you have to call the housekeeping to get it. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the kids love them alot.

Deposit has not been returned. Poor reception service. I feel dissatisfied. I received a very expensive fine of rm290. Because I don't throw away a little trash.

They need to repair Thier self service washing and drying machines.

Very cool but the locations is only near the legoland.

Location near Putri Harbor. Fast checkin process. For those bringing large families. Very suitable, close to Legoland. ±11 minutes via online vehicle.

The hotel is strategically located, clean and has friendly service.

We stayed 2 adults and 3 children, without fast breaks. The form is an apartment with 2 rooms, equipped with a kitchen and 2 km. Bathe. Very spacious. Comfortable, clean, complete facilities. According to the price I paid. Suitable for. Big family. Close to a restaurant open 24 hours which really suits our tastes. So no worries about eating. To Legoland around 7 minutes with a grab fee of 6-12 RM (depending on order time). Highly recommend for families. Thank you trinidad suites. Will come back again if we return to Johor Bahru.

I asked for repairs for the water heater which was not working in the room and the response from the receptionist was please just buy hot water outside if the water heater is broken, it's really strange that the hotel service is like that and there is no bell boy service at this hotel so we carry the suitcases ourselves. In my opinion, for family holidays with children, I don't recommend this hotel for staying.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and complete with all cooking utensils down to the iron, and most importantly there is a coin laundry. Next time you go to Johor, you will stay here again.

I would like to stay at this hotel, the location is very close to dining and minimarket. We can see the beautiful view of the pier and the sunset. Only 8 minutes to Legoland. The hotel has complete facilities, including laundry.
