I checked in on the evening of Sunday, September 22, and checked out on September 23. At 7:00 AM on September 25, I realized I had left my sunscreen at the hotel, so I called the receptionist for help in locating it. The receptionist immediately replied that since two days had passed, it was likely gone and showed no interest in helping to find it. Only after I insisted did they promise to check with the housekeeping team. I felt that the reception did not handle the situation with the proper attitude, and jumped in conclusion without bothering to find in it. Additionally, the room was located just under the bar on the rooftop, so it was noisy until late at night.
