The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They always tried to find a solution to any problems we encountered, such as helping us find the nearest optician to repair our broken glasses.

We love how Lucky, the evening female receptionist, treated us like her parents. She shared some cookies with us because we were at the hotel during the mid-autumn festival. She was so lovely and bubbly, always bearing with her an exceptional customer oriented service. Wishing her the best of luck! We also took a day trip with the help of a male staff, who shared a detailed info on which trip to take without pushing us too much to buy.

This hotel is located in a strategic location, just walking distance to Pho10 (don't forget to try this famous and tasty pho!) and the night market. The next day, although we had checked out in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to have a shower at night before we caught the night train to Sapa. Overall, I had a nice stay in this hotel, enjoyed a good variety of breakfast, and was very happy with the friendliness of the staff.

Clean, entering the hotel smells very nice

The hotel is easy to find, close to the center and delicious places to eat! Friendly staff and enthusiastic guides! Clean, airy room. The toilet and bathroom are reasonably arranged! Diverse food. Plus point: you can book in advance to bring along if you are running out of time.

The room is clean, fully equipped, has a balcony and is beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, greets everyone when entering and leaving the lobby, and helps deliver luggage to the room. We are satisfied with the service. The current breakfast includes pho and some light dishes. If the specialty menu is a little more diverse, it will be better.
