Sorry in advance but this is the first time I'm disappointed because my room booking on Traveloka was transferred to Travelio, and it was very very bad, especially the WiFi and TV facilities that couldn't be used because they were experiencing problems. Contacting the Travelio admin only said that the facilities had been followed up, but until I checked out there was no change whatsoever, no technician could come to the place. The room corridor was dark and they said it would be turned on in the afternoon, but it didn't turn on until we checked out. Please improve it again
